Who Books This
You do not need an employer to send you
Plenty of people book their own screen. A new job asked for one and did not say where to go. A volunteer role or a training program needs it on file. Or you simply want to know where you stand before someone else asks.
Either way you book it yourself, you pay the published price, and you are seen by appointment rather than sitting in a queue.
We hold Saturday appointments from 10 AM to 2 PM, alongside weekday times.

Before you book
How much is a drug test in Plant City?
A 10-panel urine drug screen is $45. Bundled with a pre-employment physical in the same visit it is $99, which is $11 less than booking the two separately. The price is published, so it is the price you pay at checkout.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Precision Total Health is appointment only, so book online or call ahead and we will reserve your time. We are not able to see patients without an appointment, and booking in advance means your paperwork is ready before you arrive.
How soon can I be seen?
Most weeks we have appointments open within the same week, including Saturday mornings. Book online to see the real times available, or call and we will find you one.
Do I have to go through an employer to book?
No. You can book and pay for your own screen directly. People do this for a new job, for a school or volunteer program requirement, or simply for their own peace of mind.
What does it cost if I need the physical too?
$99 for both in one visit. The physical on its own is $65 and the screen on its own is $45, so the pair booked together saves you a trip as well as $11.
